Contribution of traditional ecological knowledge and modern technologies in a Changing Arctic
Building on the success of the 2016 Franco-Nordic seminar in Tromsø, the Institut français de Norvège and the Research Council of Norway have decided to further explore topic of “The Changing Arctic”.
The Paris seminar will address « the contribution of traditional ecological knowledge and modern technologies in a Changing Arcti » through a set of conferences, round-tables and workshops.
The seminar will last a day and a half, with a full day of presentations and debates, followed by half a day of collaborative workshops and Franco-Nordic meetings.
Funding will be provided to support the mobility of Norwegian participants to France. If you would like to receive financial support from the Institut français in Norway to attend the seminar in Paris, please contact us at science@france.no.
