Papers in Scandinavian Studies 12
The journal carries scholarly articles on Scandinavian linguistics and literature. Should anyone of you have a paper waiting to be published, please contact the head of the Scandinavian Department at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest Péter Mádl (madl.peter@btk.elte.hu) or assistant professor Ildikó Annus (annus.ildiko@btk.elte.hu). The articles will be published in the upcoming number of Papers in Scandinavian Studies (ISSN: 0236-6010).
All submitted papers: must be written in English/German/Danish/Norwegian/Swedish and be submitted in Microsoft word format ; should not exceed 40 000 characters (including spaces) ; contain author names, affiliations and email addresses
Nordic noir adaptation and appropriation
We invite you to contribute to a new volume on Nordic noir adaptation and appropriation for the Palgrave Studies in Adaptation and Visual Culture, edited by Julie Grossman and R. Barton Palmer. Below is a description of the project with a list of possible approaches and topics.
The deadline for abstracts is 15 March 2018 and for first drafts 15 August. We hope to have final drafts by 15 November 2018 and aim to submit the manuscript to Palgrave Macmillan by the end of January 2019. We expect to have an advance contract issued before the fall. Please feel free to ask questions, comment, make suggestions, and propose topics other than the ones listed.
